In the Philippine province of Bulacan, Obando is a second-class municipality known as the Municipality of Obando (Tagalog: Bayan ng Obando). Coastal lowlands that are low-lying and level are the predominant topography of Obando. There are three creeks and two rivers in the municipality: Paco, Hulo, and Pag-asa Creeks cross the town parallel to the provincial road, while the Meycauayan River lies in the north and the Pinagkabalian River in the south.
